At The Pilates Haus, our reformer & mat classes are thoughtfully designed to align you physically, mentally, and spiritually. Each class offers an empowering environment to support your journey toward becoming your best self.

50 Minutes
Haus 101 is our foundational, beginner-friendly reformer class designed to teach you the method behind the movement. We break down the reformer, spring settings, foot bar placement, breath work, core engagement, and proper form, all at a slower, more intentional pace.
You’ll learn how we layer, how we transition, and how we build strength safely so you feel confident stepping into Flow, Sculpt, and beyond.

The Pilates Haus contemporary reformer class.
An athletic reformer class rooted in the pilates principals- breath, alignment, control, concentration, precision & flow. This format honors tradition while pushing the boundaries of modern movement
Expect seamless transitions, intentional layering and full body sequences to challenge strength, balance, mobility & control.
*1-3 months of reformer experience preferred
*Suitable for pregnancy if cleared by doctor

A high-energy, strength-driven class that blends the precision of the reformer with the intensity of mat-based strength training. Sculpt combines reformer work, weighted mat sequences, and short cardio bursts to build heat, challenge endurance, and sculpt the entire body. Expect glute-focused strength blocks, dynamic full-body movements, and seamless transitions that keep your heart rate elevated while staying rooted in our Pilates foundations of breath, core engagement, and controlled movement.
This class is designed to push your strength and stamina while maintaining intentional form and alignment.

A grounded, intention-led sculpt class that builds into rhythmic, total body strength work. Expect deep, heat building muscle enduring burnouts, continuous movement, and a powerful mind body connection using dumbbells and supportive props.

A dynamic mat-based Pilates, designed to mirror the intention and flow of our reformer classes. Rooted in Pilates principles, breath, core engagement, control, and precision. This class builds strength through layered progressions and continuous movement.
Expect a seamless sequence of exercises that challenge stability, mobility, and endurance while moving the body through all planes of motion. Each movement builds with intentional layers to deepen the work, create heat & strengthen the body.

A full body, mat based workout using heavier weights and blocks to build muscle, power and control. Expect progressive loading, grounded strength work & intentional sequencing that challenges every major muscle group.
